RT97 is a mini portable repeater, which has the full-duplex mode, with the ability to transmit and receive at the same time. RT97 can be powered by DC12V~24V power, car power and solar battery. It is ideal for solar-powered repeater sites where low power and a small footprint are required.

Various versions of RT97 repeater

RT97 repeater has four versions on the website for option:

① UHF fixed frequency version:(UHF/ TX frequency:463.3125MHz,RX frequency:453:3125MHz,offset:10MHz);

② VHF fixed frequency version:(VHF/ TX frequency:162.6125MHz,RX frequency:152.6125MHz,offset:10MHz);

③ GMR frequency version:(GMRS/ TX:462.5500/RX:467.5500 MHz,8 Channel);

④ Customizable frequency version: [TX frequency and RX frequency can be customized between UHF (400-470MHZ) or VHF(136-174MHZ). Offset: >5MHz].

You can choose the appropriate version according to your communication environment.

How to Set RT87 to work with RT97?

You need to do:

1. Get your RT97 input frequency and output frequency and CTCSS/DCS code.

2. Set your radio RT87’s TX frequency and RX frequency and the CTCSS/DCS code.

Pay attention:

RT97 input frequency = RT87 TX frequency

RT97 output frequency=RT87 RX frequency

If you set the CTCSS/DCS code, please make sure the RT97 repeater’s input code same with the RT87 radio’s TX code.
