First of all, we must do the basic work well.
This time we are based on the HAM relay station in Zhengzhou, China where the editor is located. The information of the relay station can be obtained through the local radio association.
Repeater obtains information:
Uplink frequency: 432.600
Downlink frequency: 439.600
Frequency difference direction:-
Frequency difference value: 7mhz
Asian tone: 100
Corresponding hand station settings:
Receiving frequency: 439.600
Transmit tones: 100
Frequency difference direction:-
Frequency difference value: 7mhz
There is no need to set the receiving tone when testing.
RT85 can write frequency manually.
First, check the current working mode and set it to VFO mode.
Manually enter the receiving frequency of 432.600.
Second, enter the transmit subtone:
Press the menu button to enter the menu,
Press the up and down keys to adjust the item to the transmit subtone setting
Press the menu button again to enter the editing state
Press the up and down keys to adjust the value to 100
Press the menu button to save and return to the previous menu.
Third, the input frequency difference direction:
Press the up and down keys to adjust the item to the frequency difference direction,
Press the menu button again to enter the editing state
Press the up and down keys to adjust the direction to “minus”
Press the menu button to save and return to the previous menu.
Fourth, enter the frequency difference value:
Press the up and down keys to adjust the item to the frequency difference setting
Press the menu button again to enter the editing state
Press the number keys to enter the value 7mhz
Press the menu button to save and return to the previous menu.
Press the right exit key to return to the standby interface.
Fifth, test: whether the transceiver frequency is correct.
In order not to affect the normal use of repeaters by others,
Stand by and listen for a while,
If there is no call,
Press PTT to check whether the departure frequency is 432.600.
Secondly, the storage channel.
