RT52 as dual band dual PTT DMR radio also has RX group list, let’s us study together how to set Retevis RT52 RX group list
Here’s Retevis RT52 RX group list interface
How to set Retevis RT52 RX group list
Firstly, creating some digital group call contacts, you can change name, call ID
Secondly, added all contacts to each channel
Finally, added all contacts to a RX group list
Now we try to opearate RX group list with two questions
Testing radio: RT52 and HD1
1. Different group ID but same RX group list, if RT52 can talk with RT84?
A.Programming two digital group call contacts with different call ID
B.programming two channels, lewis and kevin, then separately add two digital cotacts to lewis and kevin channel
B.Added two digital contacts to same a RX group list
Programming RT84 same sets as RT52, the result is what RT52 can talk with RT84 even different call ID on same RX group list
2.Same group ID but different RX group list, if RT52 can talk with RT84?
A.Change channel kevin, choose contact: lewis
B.Added digital contact lewis to the RX group list1, Added digital contact kevin to the RX group list2
Programming RT84 same sets as RT52, the result is what RT52 also can talk with RT84 even different RX group list with same group call ID
