3, Most radio need program on windows system. The following are also can program on MAC using chirp:

4, After you installed the software and driver on your computer, you need link your radio to your computer, then check the (My Computer-Management-Device Manager-Port), the choose the right port for your software:

After choose the right port, click “Program” -“Read from radio” , you can start write the frequency you need and the functions you want to set up. Be sure make two radios are same frequency and CTCSS/DCS at same channel is ok.
